During the summer holidays Grantley Lowe has been project managing roof repairs at Peterhouse School in Southport.
The team carried out a condition report initially and recommended a range of options to help rectify all defects and provide a watertight roof structure. The client decided to move forward with one of the options and after a competitive tender process works started on site at the beginning of August.
The tender process and cost engineering process saved the client over £60,000 in construction costs.
We are looking forward to the contractor completing this roof in time for term starting and the children coming back.
